How do I register as a service provider on Skedul?
To register as a service provider, follow these steps:
Log in to your account or create a new provider account.
Complete your profile by providing business details, services offered, pricing, availability, etc.
Await approval from our team to start offering your services on the platform.
How can I manage my services and availability?
You can easily manage your services, pricing, availability, and other details in the "Partner Profile" by clicking the profile icon. Update information, add new services, and set your schedule as needed. You need to ensure that you have switched to Partner Mode to access these menu.
Can I accept or decline booking requests?
Yes, as a service provider, you have the option to accept or decline booking requests based on your availability and preferences. You'll receive notifications for new requests and can take action accordingly.
How do I receive payments for services rendered?
Payments for services rendered are processed securely through the app. You can set up your payment preferences and receive payouts directly to your linked bank account or payment method.
Is there a rating and review system for service providers?
Yes, customers can rate and review service providers based on their experience. Positive reviews can enhance your reputation and attract more bookings.
